Yesterday brought disappointing results for our Bethel basketball teams in the Western Alaska 3a Conference Championship Tournament. The Warrior boys lost to Nome 48 – 73, and the Lady Warriors lost to Kotzebue 58-64. However, both teams are able to continue play in the loser’s bracket with an uphill chance to advance to the state tournament.

This afternoon, Friday March 4th, at 1 pm the Lady Warriors will take on Dillingham. At 2:30 pm, your Warrior Boys will battle Unalaska. A loss will knock either team out of the tournament.

KYUK will broadcast both games on KYUK 640 AM. You could also stream live from our website.
