Aniak troopers cite man for guiding violations

by Angela Denning-Barnes on September 9, 2013

Last week, Alaska Wildlife Troopers from Aniak issued a summons to a man for alleged guiding violations.

Troopers say 62-year-old Anthony Lee of Wasilla was in Game Management Unit 19 when he had been guiding five clients during the spring bear season in the same area.

Troopers say he was not registered as required for his Guide Use Area before the hunting season.

On September 3, Lee was issued a summons with a mandatory court date in Aniak District Court on October 30.
