Calista creates new subsidiary

Calista Corporation announced the creation of a new subsidiary E3-Environmental, LLC, which will provide energy, engineering and environmental consulting services.

The subsidiary will be run by Christine Klein, Calista’s Chief Operating Officer. In a written statement, Klein says the company’s key services will include project planning and regulatory analysis, environmental permitting and impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, agency coordination and consultation, and regulatory compliance management and audits.

E3-Environmental’s General Manager is Rosetta Alcantra, former Executive Director of the Yukon River Inter-Tribal Watershed Council. Other team members are Traci Bradford, a Chemical and Environmental Engineer and Natalie Hanson, a hydrologist and former Bethel resident.
