Congressman Young talks about alcohol

Congressman Don Young visited Bethel recently, speaking at YKHC’s tribal unity gathering and at AVCP’s tribal court workshop. Young, who is nearly 79 years old, also talked with KYUK about the need for villages to create their own laws and punishments for offenders of alcohol and drugs. He said stricter punishments could help prevent suicide among young people.
