With the start of the Fall Moose Hunting season, one unlucky man has had his rifle stolen. The Alaska State Troopers report that on Friday, August 31st, a 23-year old Shageluk man reported that his rifle was missing from his porch. The rifle is described as a stainless steel bolt-action, with a black synthetic stock, and a Bushnell scope. Anyone with information about a hunting rifle stolen from Shageluk should contact the troopers at 1-800-675-4398.
