Alaska State Troopers in Bethel report that on December 13th, they received information of sexual abuse between a 21-year-old male and a 15-year-old juvenile male in the village of Kongiganak. Troopers have not released their names.

They say that on Thursday the 29th, they found out that the 21-year-old was also providing the boy with marijuana.

Troopers say that charges of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree are expected to be filed against the adult and forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for prosecution.
