A fifty-nine-year-old Lower Kalskag man, Allen Nook, was found dead in his home Friday afternoon. Alaska State Troopers say Nook consumed fermented fish two days before. They were told he had become ill and had double vision.

His body was transported to the Alaska Medical Examiners office for autopsy and family has been notified. No foul play is suspected at this time.
