Lower Yukon closure leaves fisher wondering

With every announcement put out, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game reiterates one fact: Chinook numbers on the Yukon are low. This year the declining numbers have prompted strict fishing windows and even closures on the lower river. One subsistence fisher thinks closures are not the answer.
