A police officer inspects the crime scene at 207 State Highway in Bethel.
The Bethel Police Department reports that at around five this morning, officers responded to an emergency call at 207 State Highway in Bethel.
Officers found 63-year-old Charles Beaver, of Bethel, deceased in the residence.
Another individual was reported to be alive in the residence at the time of the call.
Police say foul play is suspected and the investigation is ongoing.
