Alaska State Troopers are investigating a string of burglaries that happened around the night of August 17 in Pilot Station. The gas station, the bingo hall, and another local business were broken into.

The doors at all three places were damaged. Several surveillance cameras at the gas station and bingo hall were also damaged. An axe was stolen from the gas station and $100 was taken from the business.

Troopers say their investigation is on-going.
