Jeff Hout of Bethel and Harry Williams of Kwethluk will be tried for murder in the first degree for the killing of Benjamin Kaiser of Hooper Bay last October. Another defendant, David Kenney, who was charged with impeding the investigation, will no longer be tried with the others.
