Fall moose hunters issued citations

Alaska State Wildlife Troopers have cited several individuals from Bethel, Kwethluk and Napaskiak for failing to return hunting permits.

Troopers report that nine individuals have been cited for failing to return permits from last fall’s RM615 moose hunt.

Troopers say that the permits are a crucial tool for wildlife biologists to help maintain wildlife populations.
