Tuesday was the first day of the Association of Village Council Presidents' annual three-day convention. A lot happened, and more is to come today and tomorrow. KYUK’s Anna Rose MacArthur was at the meeting Tuesday and talks with KYUK’s Adrian Wagner about what went on. Topics include how the nonprofit corporation is coming into compliance with its grants, potential bylaw amendments that could change how the AVCP president is hired and evaluated, and changes to how the Executive Board serves the organization.
